1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Not Rendered: If payment has been made but the service has not yet been initiated.
Duplicate Payment: In case of multiple payments made for the same service.
Non-Delivery Due to Technical Error: If the client did not receive deliverables due to a proven internal system failure or error on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Once any portion of the professional service has been rendered or initiated (e.g., consultancy calls, document preparation, or filing submission), the service is considered non-refundable.
Delays caused due to client-side inaction (e.g., incomplete information or delay in document submission).
Government or third-party fees (e.g., MCA, GST, Income Tax Department, etc.) once paid on behalf of the client.
3. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@taxesfilling.com.com within 7 days of payment.
The request will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to first contact our service team to allow us to resolve the issue. We aim to address all concerns with fairness and efficiency.
