✅ Who Should File ITR-4?

  • Resident individuals, HUFs, and firms (not LLPs)

  • Having income from business/profession computed on presumptive basis

  • Business turnover/gross receipts up to ₹2 crore (Section 44AD)

  • Professionals with gross receipts up to ₹50 lakh (Section 44ADA)

  • Transporters with income computed under Section 44AE

💻 How to File ITR-4

  1. Download the ITR-4 utility from the Income Tax e-Filing portal or use online filing

  2. Fill in the details of presumptive income, other incomes, deductions

  3. Verify the return using Aadhaar OTP, Net Banking, or by sending signed ITR-V to CPC, Bangalore

  4. Keep the acknowledgment for your records
